Susan is a people person who cares deeply about every one of her clients. She will tirelessly help you find just the right home, and once you've found a place, she will work to ensure that all the many details are looked after carefully by the team. Having lived in Northern Virginia all her life, Susan knows alot about the different areas and has extensive knowledge regarding Clifton and Centreville especially.
Our clients rave about how well taken care of they feel with Susan....She is always willing to go that extra yard.
Ellen joined Karen's team several years ago because she wanted to be part of something that makes a difference in people's lives. She knows that buying or selling a home can be stressful, and she strives to keep the process on a smooth track for all our clients. Ellen is our resident paper pusher and is a stickler for details. She stays in close contact with settlement companies and clients as properties move toward closing, and she helps keep marketing materials updated and in place for all our listings.
Ellen knows how to keep everything running like clockwork - but she is never too busy to stop and give warm encouragement to our clients. She is in the office Monday through Friday and is always happy to offer that special "concierge service."
